Protocol of Mutual Appreciation

Individuals within the House of Butterworth operate within a framework and principle of affirmative first contact with all individuals, organisations, and entities:

We believe that any meeting of minds, whether public or private, legal or personal must begin from a shared foundation of peaceful recognition and honourable intention, not confrontation, personas, roles, rules, or jurisdiction.

Let us greet each other on common ground with Peace, Truth, Honesty, Courtesy and honourable mutual respect before authority is presumed and enforced, before positions are hardened and before claims are deliberated.

Our initial offering is simple: 1.We seek understanding before disagreement. 2.We accept your identity, we ask ours to be recognised equally. 3.We acknowledge your standing; was ask you respect ours. 4.We wish to speak openly and listen fairly. 5.We prefer mutuality to dominance.

This protocol does not require acceptance of specific legal terms, doctrines, or philosophies. It merely asks for acknowledgement that each party enter into communication in peace and good faith, and that mutual progress matters just as much as outcome.

When this shared approach is accepted, much can be resolved. When it is rejected, escalation becomes inevitable. With a spirit is of shared reasoning there is no need for resistance or force or formality. This protocol may accompany more formal notices, but is not itself a notice, demand, or legal position.

It is a human invitation — offered in peace, with honesty and hope.
